Error while playing a score

Hello, i have a problem with score called "カタストロフィ"( http://projectdxxx.me/score/index/id/7d60d06e12e0bd2d3b4d1c0dfc8a4e1b ) . In a middle of playing "FAILED" appears and statistic says about ~100 WORST.
【白】みこ＠なのー！and Yu trying to find a reason but unsuccessfully. And they give me advice to report this problem here.

Please confirm whether the same problem happens in other scores or not, and also about in AutoMode.

It seems movie was seeked.
I think movie file is corrupted or something wrong.
Please try to use another movie.

I checked the movie file, and indeed, it is corrupt. Thank you for helping.
Also, which way is better for downloading movie file? I use FVD Video Downloader for Google Chrome and that thing happened for the first time.
