Some videos I use Start or end at random time!

Hi, for some reason, sometimes when I use a different video than the score was made with, The video will play later than the start of it (example: the game will start the video at 10 seconds instead of 0) or end earlier than supposed to (example: the game will stop the video, and of course the game, 10 seconds before the video is over). I've tried different things and no matter what I do, I can't get the video to start or end at the right time, I have even used the videos people use for their videos on youtube and they get the video to work fine and mine will start or end at the wrong time. I use the 0.2.3 version of PPD. If anyone knows how to fix this, let me know.

WOW! I'm so sorry, I noticed I had 8.2.3. My fault for not knowing my version, just downloaded 8.2.4.

So that's why you want to use movie specified by score creator. Otherwise you need to open data.ini file in each score you download and edit the start and end values to make video start and end in proper time. Plus, of course, adjust latency in the game to get notes in sync with music.

One question what do I open the file with?
