Problem with custom chart / score

I just finished my custom chart and copied it into the song folder of PPD. When I test the chart in PPDeditor it works perfectly fine but when i want to play it in PPD the notes are suddenly different and they are overlapping. This is the first time it happened to me. Pls someone help
