This mod will prevent you from dropping out early on while playing.

Your health will not fall bellow a specific percentage untill a certain time has passed.
This is a simple mod, it does not display a safety bar, only adds the function.

Multiplayer/ranking support is disabled due to the mod affecting the health system.
