It failed to initialize Direct X device.

PPD does not open
[error.log] 有無
PPD will not start. It says "It failed to initialize DirectX Device." I have the newest DirectX. I am in USA with the computer's region set to Japan. (PPDEditor starts, but stops before loading. All other .exe files open.)

I cannot speak Japanese unfortunately. :(

I found that you need DirectX 9, not the newest DirectX. (TuT)
