when ever i try to load a map it says "could not load video" I have no idea on what to do. I have every installed so it should run fine but when I load a map it does nothing. What do I do?

Also I just stared "or try" playing this simulator.

Hi, it looks like the problem is the video, are you sure you have downloaded the video and put it in the folder ?
Or it could also be a format problem, like you have downloaded the video in a format ppd does not recognize

The video is in the folder and the video format is .mp4 Therefor I have no idea on whats going wrong.

Is this program safe? also when I got the a windows update I've been getting this error: File system error (-2147219196) Could this error be the problem?


*more info on the error: This error only affects the pre-installed video viewer and photo viewer, I can get passed this error how ever, all I need to do is use VLC to see videos, and use paint to view photos.This error came after i updated windows and I have no idea what this error is and I have no idea on what to do.*

I'm using windows 10 pro sorry for not responding! school has been the worst...
