A few weeks ago due to CPU problems i had to go back to windows 7 ultimate, i installed everythig PPD ran ok 59FPS stable no problems at all while i was with windows 7
A day ago i decided to get back to Windows 10 Home since i like win10 more, i installed everything PPD needed, everything up untill now seems ok but after i started PPD the FPS went from 59 to 30~41FPS in menu, in song selection gets from 59 to 30 and the worst part is ingameplay FPS goes from 40 to 21 and its killing the joy of gameplay quickly

Is it something that windows 10 is doing ?
At first i thought its the due to CPU over usage but i fixed that already and it still does the same damn thing

Did it act the same when you were on WIN10 before you changed to WIN7 ? We can't blame it on the CPU since you said you fixed that problem so there must be something interfering. Mine, for example, freezes when I start the game if I have a browser open but never experienced lag problem in-game or in-menu.

Might be a problem with WIN10 ? Don't quote me on that, someone who uses WIN10 and has no problem with PPD should confirm.
But for the time being, keep using WIN7 till you figure it out or keep updating us if needed :)
