So in the PPDEditor when i try to move a note in the timeline all of a line moves, how i can move only one?

While holding down the shift key, Drag & drop.
If you select a range you can move more than one.

Movement per timeline is also
You can move for each color.
On the far left of the timeline window
If you move left and right while clicking on the color you want to move
You can move only that color.
