I've download some songs for testing the game but i can't sync the movies with the files.

Knife: suddenly starts at 00:08/03:06
Ura-omote: starts at 00:02/03:01

I tried several ways to download/convert the movie files but nothing changed only the quality of the video.

Installed without any mods and tried 2 tutorials:

Edit: Cassation, i've downloaded the movies from the description of the videos: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0YeHKjLvBKA

My problem lies in something that PPD is starting the movie on seconds later, even in 720p 60fps runs perfectly in the game.

Score uploaders also give you the movie link you should use for the score, check the pages of the scores you have downloaded, you should a see link (description if you found it on Youtube).
If you want to use your own movie, you need edit some values in score's "data.ini" file and change the latency value in-game.
