OK, there is a problem in filters.
Audio is not decoded, and there is no sound device filter.

If everything works fine, filterinfo.log is like below.

Default DirectSound Device

ffdshow Audio Decoder
ffdshow Video Decoder
MP4 Splitter
songs\score name\movie.mp4

I don't know what LAV Splitter is.
If you can, change priority of directshow filters, or uninstall LAV Splitter.

Ah, I tried LAV Splitter/Video Decorder/Audio Decorder.
And, it works fine. filterinfo.log is like below.

I uninstalled ffdshow, and installed LAV Splitter/Video Decorder/Audio Decorder(x86 and x64).
LAV's version is 0.57(http://1f0.de/downloads/)

Ahh I installed everything but it still doesn't show up in the filterlog :C and there is still no sound :C do I have to re-install PPD?

I don't think it comes from PPD. Like KHCmaster said you're lacking a audio decoder.
Try to uninstall every codec pack you've got.
Then download this: http://www.free-codecs.com/download/codec_tweak_tool.htm
launch it, go to general->fixes, check both "detect and remove" checkbox, then "apply & close"
Reinstall a codeck pack like the K-lite pack for example: http://codecguide.com/download_kl.htm .

And it should be good.
