how do i create a slide note and a hold note?

To create the slider, you must make a Tone Future project, and note they are R and L.
Hold for, creates two straight notes (no matter the distance) select them and press Ctrl + T.

and for long slide notes?

They are made as with holds.
only you must put the two notes'll join in the length you need.

Slide in PPDEditor. Make sure select NewProject ACFT. Slider is LR on timeline.

For hold slide click and hold for select length and press Ctrl+F for hold Slider.
