アプデ時のバグ

下のようなのが出てアプデできません・・・

場所 System.IO.__Error.WinIOError(Int32 errorCode, String maybeFullPath)
場所 System.IO.File.InternalCopy(String sourceFileName, String destFileName, Boolean overwrite, Boolean checkHost)
場所 PPDUpdater.Executor.InstallUpdateExecutor.CopyFile(String src, String dest)
場所 PPDUpdater.Executor.InstallUpdateExecutor.InstallData(String unzipDir)
場所 PPDUpdater.Executor.InstallUpdateExecutor.Execute()

スタックトレース(場所…)だけでなくメッセージ的なものもなかったですか？
おそらく、既に開かれているファイルがあるので、コピーに失敗していると思うのですが、
アップデート時にPPD関連のソフトウェアは全て終了している必要があります。
ご確認お願いいます。

すみません。上側のメッセージが見えてませんでした（汗）

因みにPPD系のものは何も起動してない状態です。

たぶん、他のプロセスで開かれているファイルがあるのでアップデートに失敗していると思います。
一度OSを再起動してからアップデートしてもらえますか？
