[Content] No text in-game. I have already tried to manuall intsall IPAGothic font but that does not fix it. I have tried reinstalling but that does not fix either.

Oh that installed the latest version which is PPD0.8 and still not stable.
There is still no possible way to fix this issue, just wait for the next update (if it fixed) or just play using PPD0.7 here http://projectdxxx.me/forum/thread/id/531

If you still have this problem, open KHC\PPD\PPD.ini and add
[texturecharmode]1
to file end.
