Can't update the game it tells me to update to .net framework 4.6 but when I try to install it i get an error. What do I do?

It says it requires .net framework so I click yes to install it. Then when I try to run it I get an error message WARNING "Setup may not run properly, because the Windows Modules Installer Service is not available on this computer." And it doesn't install

I think you should get *windows service pack 1* first
