Failed to log in.
For some reason, I can not log in to PPD. Any solutions?

Is there a problem with the internet connection?
Maybe firewall is blocking PPD, try checking that out.

Well, I did nothing before that, and the only thing that appeared was the login window and then on top of it said "Failed to log in". That's all

It will only shows failed to login if you're not connected to the internet.
Check your firewall or maybe you have an aplication that block your PPD to have internet access?
