Could you give a screenshot? Maybe you just forget to unpack the song?

I don't know this will work or not, just try it:
1. Open your "PPDConfig.exe"
2. Look below the general setting, find "Fontname" and "Fontsize"
3. Change the "Fontname" = "arial" and "Fontsize" = "24"
Probably the IPAGothic font not found.

If you still have this problem, open KHC\PPD\PPD.ini and add
[texturecharmode]1
to file end.
