Hello, I seem to be having trouble with PPD.

I have downloaded several songs, but I decided to download background videos for them later. Today, I download .MP4 videos for those songs, and put them in the score folder. When I decide to play SinglePlay, PPD becomes unresponsive before it can play a preview for "Deep Sea Girl". I let it sit for awhile, and it is still unresponsive.

I am unable to play the game because of this. Is there a way to fix this?

Did you try to reinstall it already?
