Sorry for this question, but uh, how do you get arcade skin into PPD?

(どのようにして、PPDにアーケード肌を得るのですか?) <-- 悪い言語のために残念 >_>

Install this http://projectdxxx.me/script/index/id/7b965cb056746879b0cf84ad7295923c
Don't forget to activate it by pressing Square as "Menu" then open "Mod"

Okay, to get arcade skin first you need to download the ACSkinFT Mod from the link that i gave before.
Then you should move it to "KHC/PPD/Mod", if you did this correctly open your PPD.exe.
Go to singleplayer, at song select activate the mod by pressing Square as "Menu" then open "Mod", check the ACSkinFT.
Done and enjoy.
