Okay, to get arcade skin first you need to download the ACSkinFT Mod from the link that i gave before.
Then you should move it to "KHC/PPD/Mod", if you did this correctly open your PPD.exe.
Go to singleplayer, at song select activate the mod by pressing Square as "Menu" then open "Mod", check the ACSkinFT.
Done and enjoy.
