Fatal error when changing difficulty and opening PPDEditor

[x86 or x64] x64
[Windows OS] Windows 10
[Content] can't continue from where I saved
[error.log exists] yes
[What you did before error] I was making the notes them exited the PPDEditor, the next day open to finish but the pop up "fatal error has occurred." I try to change the ppd or the backup ppd I made but doesn't work. I'll attach my error log below
