It's because your using binary is not the latest version.
When logging in PPD, PPD send the information of account and informations of PPD's application version.
Anyway, you can fix it by using PPDInstaller and re-intalling PPD(check only PPD).
Then you can get the latest PPD.

I know there are people who can not update PPD correctly.
If possible, please tell me your UAC state and using antivirus software for fixing update bugs.
(In my environment, UAC is off and I'm using the latest Avast)
