I have been trying change my avatar. But I don't know what I have to do!!

I clicked the gray pic but it don't show me nothing.
When i clicked in gravatar.com i don't know what i have to do there, help plz!!

You should go http://gravatar.com/
and register account with the same mail address which is registered in PPD.
