Have you installed PPD correctly?
Check installation folder and try to execute PPD directly.
And maybe your language setting is wrong.
Use PPDConfig.exe and change language(at top left menu).

You are using different executable file.
Maybe you are executing "....\Downloads\PPDInstaller(x**)\Data\PPD\PPD.exe"
You should execute "(Install folder)\KHC\PPD\PPD.exe"
