How to create mod for PPD.

You must create a project in PPDEditor, write some scripts in ScriptManager, and publish mod.
What kind of mod do you want to make?

make new skin and change button images

I want to add buttons shadow in 新ACSkinFT.
and
I want to add slide effect look like FT.

You can do with the node, PPD.Mark.CreateImage* for changing mark notes.
(Moreover you can do this just replace image in img folder in PPD fodler)

Can i undo .mod to project or more ?

Can i change button icon image (MELODY ICONS) in this mod [新ACSkinFT.mod]
(It's not mine & Idon't have this mod project)

No, you can not unpack mod.
If you use PPD.Mark.CreateImage* and create mod, and rename your mod in order to be at position before 新ACSkinFT.mod( this will change mod priority), then you can overwrite button icon image.
