[何をしたかをできるだけ具体的に]インストーラーをクリック後に、簡単インストールを実施。最後に上記エラーメッセージが表示されました。
[PPD.ini] みつかりませんでした、すみません。

IPAフォントのチェックを外したら解決しました。
