I already have ACSkinFT, but I'd like to try other skins. When I download a skin, it's a MOD file and I have absolutely no clue what to do with it.

did you try putting it in your mod folder? you can access it by going to ppdxxx folder > khc > mods i believe. then try activating it ingame. hope this helps! ^^
